comDAWSON is seeking a Senior Military Analyst to provide support services for the Command and Control Integration (C2I) Directorate of Mission Command Center of Excellence (MCCoE) by supporting the C2I Directorate in the rapid modernization of the Army by identifying emerging solutions, synchronizing the field of capabilities and the supporting training enhancers, and transforming the Army to a common operating environmentJob requirements:
' Provide a monthly status report to the Contracting Officer's Representative ' Support the Army Data Workforce Sessions (ADWSs)):
Organize and schedule ADWSs required by the GovernmentDevelop documents for the planning of Army Data Workforce (ADW) events including briefing construction, and meeting invitationsCoordinate with (specific organization identified by the government) as follows (not all inclusive):
PEOs & PMs, ACMs, DOTs, CDIDs / Battle Labs, CFTs, TRADOC, G-3/5/7 Training (SMDR/TRAP), TRADOC G6, FORSCOM G-3/5/7 Force Management, CAC - Army University, CAC-Training, Mission Training Complexes, Combat Training Centers' Support the Enabling Decision Making Implementation Plan (EDMIP):
Review and analyze the current EDMIP (Volumes 1 & 2), and provide recommended adjustments after each Enabling Decision Making Synchronization Work Group (EDMSWG) conducted every 6 months to ensure the Enabling Decision Implementation Plan (EDMIP) sustains following efforts:
(1) organized actions over time, (2) serves as a running estimate of progress, and (3) enables strategic communication for MC NetworkParticipate and assist MCNI Team and other stakeholders with the stewardship and management of the COE requirements documents as the documents are developed by Army Capability Managers (ACMs), Cross-Functional Teams and other stakeholders within Army Futures Command and move through the JCIDS approval process' Participate and Support on-site Network Summit (e.
g.
, Information Advantage) and Enabling Decision Making Synchronization Working Group (EDMSWG) meetings at Fort Leavenworth, KS:
Participate in Summits and EDMSWG and the planning meetings that are in preparation to the EDMSWGsThe planning meetings may be In-Process Reviews (IPRs), VTCs, and conference calls as designated by the COR' Participate in Program Objective Memorandum (POM) / Strategic Portfolio Analysis Review (SPAR) & Deep Dive Sessions:
Support C2I Directorate participation in POM / SPAR & Deep Dive Sessions in support of POM/SPAR resourcing of the Mission Command Network Implementation Plan across all relevant Program Execution Groups (PEGs)' Army Unified Network Plan (AUNP):
Support the C2I Directorate in support of HQDA CIO G-6 in development and execution of Army Network Plan Framework (ANPF) and Army Network Implementation Plan (ANIP), to include reviews, and analyses of current or emerging draft productsThe government will use Army Network Plan products as recommendations to MCCoE, CAC, and TRADOC leadership, and inform key HQDA decision forums such as the Mission Command, Army Unified Network Council, Army Warfighting Integration Council, and Information Technology Oversight Council Governance forums and refinements to EDMIP' Assessments/Experiments:
Participate and support Army Futures Center (AFC), other AFC related organizations and other Army exercises (e.

, Warfighter Exercises, Combat Training Center Rotations, Unit Training Events) in support of DOTMLPF-P Assessments/Experiments in order to improve the Enabling Decision Making progress' Governance Structure Coordination:
Participate in Department of the Army Level meetings to support the integration and collaboration of Mission Command Network equities The meetings include but are not limited to DA G3/5/7 Mission Command (MC) GOSCs and CoCs; the Army Unified Network Council (AUNC) forums; and ASA (ALT)'s COE governance forums (General Officer Steering Committee (GOSC), Computing Environment Working Groups, and Enabling Decision Making Synchronization Working Group (EDMSWG)' Requirement Document Review:
Review all new information systems requirement documents to ensure Common Operating Environment (COE) compliance, synchronization of language and definitions
Qualifications:
Shall have a Bachelor's Degree ' Shall have at least two (2) years of experience in TRADOC (preferred experience in a Center of Excellence) ' Must have a SECRET security clearance upon their individual performance start date ' Shall have three (3) of more years of military experience in education and/or training development processDesired
Experience:
